The primary election is now just one week away and we are ready to go! Our first candidates' forum last week in Southborough at the Senior Center was well attended and we got to meet and share ideas with voters from Marlborough and Southborough alike. We also had a few supporters in attendance to show our opponents just how much hard work we've been doing. With a successful young professionals event behind us and Hanna well out of our way, we are charging full steam ahead to next Tuesday. 

I'm proud to say that tomorrow night, I begin the process of being inducted into the Marlborough Lions Club, an organization widely known for its charitable contributions to a variety of causes in our community. Thursday night we'll be having coffee at the home of a dedicated supporter; if you'd like to join us, send me an email, and we'll fill you in on the details. Or, if you'd like to host a coffee, we're already lining them up for late September and early October. All of our free time will be filled with more door to door activity, of course, in the final rush to meet as many voters as possible before Tuesday. This campaign has been grassroots from day one and I promise to continue those efforts until the very end.

I'm working hard to make you all proud on September 16th and November 4th, but here is where I ask for your help once again. If you can spare a couple of hours on election day to hold signs, please let us know - we have a lot of polling locations to cover. And please, please, please, reach out to all of your friends and family in Berlin, Marlborough, and Southborough and make sure that everyone gets out to vote. My team and I appreciate everything that you've done for us up to this point but election day is where we make this race our own, and send a message to all of those watching us to let them know that we mean business.
