Going to Door to Door in Southborough and a Visit to Indian Head in Berlin...

Posted 7/29/08 by Danielle Gregoire

The past couple of weeks have flown by in a frenzy of door to door activity, capped off this past Saturday with an entire day of goings-on. We started with coffee and conversation at a local watering hole for breakfast, continued with some blueberry picking at Indian Head Farm in Berlin, knocked Southborough for almost 8 hours, and finished off the day attending the Old Charter Road neighborhood block party in Marlborough.

Over the past few weeks we have met countless voters who have shared their concerns on a diverse range of issues, such as seniors aging in place, the lack of public transportation and the traffic on our state roadways, and our state’s education system, presenting concerns ranging from Kindergarten through our colleges and universities. It has been a pleasure running into constituents of all ages and discussing everything from the plight of residents outside the 128 belt to whether the Red Sox should trade Manny at the end of the season. Unfortunately, as a candidate I don't have control over the Red Sox, but as your State Representative, I will have a say in our state government, and I promise to continue to be an outspoken advocate for the people of this district.

I look forward to meeting you in the coming weeks, and if I'm not making it to your neighborhood fast enough, PLEASE contact us. I'm available by email at Danielle@daniellegregoire.com or by phone at 508-479-9127.

Thank you for everything you do!

- Danielle
